We have six years experience within the social housing sector and have completed
upwards of two hundred units, including standard tenanted family properties, sheltered accommodation and care homes.

Work has included full occupied rewires, upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms and
new communal area lighting.

JMS are proud to have worked on the flagship development at Park Dale, Airedale, Yorkshire. The UK`s largest “Zero Carbon” social housing development. Each of the 91 homes has a ground-breaking combination of Energy saving features including Solar PV and shared centrally located Bio Mass boilers.
